Payment
The easiest option is Venmo (@dreambigtents) or Cashapp ($dreambigtents)
We accept all major credit cards (3% processing fee applies) using Paypal. Checks and cash are also accepted.

We are fully insured.
A rental agreement will be emailed and must be signed electronically before the booked date.
Cancellations due to inclement weather will receive a full refund.
If you need to cancel or change dates you must notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled date. A change of dates will be based on availability of the preferred date.
No refunds are granted for cancellations within 7 days of your event date.
Standard hire is until 11:00pm. An additional fee will be added for exceeding this end time.
We do a thorough job cleaning all materials after each cinema night. All chairs, decorative pillows, cushions, trays, fans and styling items are disinfected and/or spot cleaned.
Complete our online inquiry form or call/contact us. We will send you an email to coordinate your booking. It is recommended you book at least 3 weeks in advance to secure your chosen date.
How much space is needed for the cinema?
This can vary as we can space things out to your needs, but as a minimum Its best to allow 25 square feet of space
